Summary

Developer working across Salesforce and Python, end to end. I have 6 years building and refactoring Salesforce Service Cloud orgs and integrating them with external systems using Apex, REST/Bulk APIs, webhooks, and Python backends (Django/DRF, Starlette, FastAPI, Postgres). Because I own both the Apex and the backend, the integration is never handed off.

Experience

Salesforce & Python Developer, Achieve Test Prep (remote) | September 2020 – Present

• Consolidated multiple active triggers per object into a single-trigger architecture and standardised handlers on sfdc-trigger-framework.
• Migrated a legacy custom support solution from Visualforce/JavaScript buttons to a customised Lightning Service Console.
• Built an in-house task dispatching/routing solution with monitoring and reporting.
• Built a ChargeOver-to-Salesforce sync handler using webhooks, Starlette, and Postgres to cover scenarios the vendor integration did not support.
• Migrated the Salesforce sales pipeline to Odoo 17 (later Odoo 19) and built a bidirectional Salesforce↔Odoo sync pipeline.
• Built a generic Salesforce-to-Postgres sync that works without schema equivalence.
• Contributed to in-house Django/DRF backends (student portal, checkout portal).
• Fixed checkout timeout errors caused by slow Salesforce triggers by splitting synchronous front-end HTTP calls into smaller steps.
• Wrote custom and standard reports across the org.
